1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Health supplements and personal care items cannot be returned once opened.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via email at info@innovec-pharma.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement.

1. Shipping Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 1-2 business days

  • Other governorates: 2-4 business days

  • GCC countries: 5-7 business days via international couriers

2. Shipping Fees

  • Calculated based on location and weight at checkout.

  • Free shipping for orders above a specified amount (check current offer on homepage).

3. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

While we strive to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or customs for international orders.
